Refund Policy Terms – Claranova Labs

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be received at our warehouse within 60 days from the delivery date to be considered for a refund. Only items from your most recent order are eligible.
  • Condition of Products:
  • Sealed, unopened bottles qualify for a full refund.
  • Opened bottles also qualify for a refund — however, if you return multiple opened bottles of the same product, only one will be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage and the cost of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return Authorization Required: All eligible returns require a valid Return Authorization (RA). We are not responsible for items sent back without authorization. This includes packages refused at delivery, as tracking cannot be guaranteed.
  • Shipping Timeframes: Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Exceptions apply only if processing exceeds 30 days without notice, as outlined by Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.
  • Our Rights: Claranova Labs reserves the right to investigate claims that appear unfounded or fraudulent, and to approve or deny refund requests if returns are deemed excessive.

Step-by-Step Refund Guideline

           Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Please contact our Customer Support Center at 1 (800) 555-2045, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST to request a return.
  • Once a Support Specialist approves your request, you’ll be given a Return Authorization Number (RA) and clear instructions on how to send your product back.

            Step 2: Prepare Your Return

  • Once you’ve received a Return Authorization (RA) from our Customer Support Specialist, please return the product in its original packaging, along with the original packing slip (if available).
  • If you no longer have the packing slip, simply include a slip of paper with your full name, shipping address, and order number so we can quickly locate your order in our system and process your refund without delay.

               Step 3: Inspection & Refund

  • All returned products are subject to inspection and approval once they arrive at our warehouse.
  • Upon passing inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment within 5 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • Third-Party Carriers
    All shipments are handled by trusted third-party carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS (sometimes a combination of carriers). Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.
  • Delivery Responsibility
    Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility typically falls to the customer. Please refer to your carrier’s own terms and conditions regarding delivery liability.
  • Accurate Shipping Information
    It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours so we can correct it before the order is processed.
  • After Shipment Has Begun
    Once an item is queued for shipping, we are not responsible for customer errors in the delivery address. Address changes or rerouting after the package has left our warehouse are at the discretion of the carrier. In many cases, carriers allow address corrections, but they may require additional fees.

    While we do not control carrier policies, we are always happy to help advise, guide, or assist you in resolving any shipping issues. Please understand that carrier rules are outside our control, but we will do everything possible to support you.
